Refund policy

If you’re not happy with your crate, we offer a 15-day return policy from the day the crate was delivered by USPS.  CrateFull of Maine is not responsible for lost, stolen, or refused mail.

To initiate a return please email us at info@cratefullofmaine.com to receive an RMA number. You are responsible for return postage to our office located at 53 Exchange St #202, Portland, Maine 04101 — 207-613-6002.
